Does anyone know for sure what the deck color was for this camo system? Tropical Green? 20-G Deck Green? Something else?

Welcome John,
Well, MTB's were not listed in the memo but that's what was applied. Frank is partly right since I believe 5TMa is a dark blue tinting paste. Mix that with yellow chromate and you have green. Here is the color we refer to when we think of field mix green applied to PT boats. Add in a little sun fading and controversary over film coloring.
