As part of the 3DP Elco 77 project, I needed to model and produce the 20mm Oerlikon on the Mk4 mount. I'm making these available at my Shapeways store... not cheap, and with only a very modest mark up (can't buy a sixer of Bud with it even...).

See the PT Boat Parts section at my Shapeways shop:
https://www.shapeways.com/shops/patmat

The 20mm is offered in 1:20 and 1:24, with and without the pedestal base. This because the base is a big chunk of expensive resin, and some may wish to turn their own.

See also the instructions linked inside each item for more description of the parts.

Photos soon, here are the illustrations:

Pat,

Any chance you'd consider these parts and others in 1/72nd scale (for the Revell 80' Elco), or would that just be too small?

Thanks for asking Drew, but I've no plans to work at 1:72. Not too small, but small enough to require a complete redesign of all the parts, as features makeable in 1:24 just won't do in 1:72.

It's possible Frank... deck, cabin, or both? Need to double check the qty required, one or two deadlights on the foredeck may be replaced by vent hoods.

These little guys are very fragile and require meticulous clean up.
Cabin deadlights fit into cutouts, decks can just go on the deck.
All will be glazed with liquid, like Microglaze. Decks could be painted black behind to avoid making cutouts.
