Thanks Frank for the reply. I am not finding fault with it, I was just curious if it was based on some examples maybe. Is it possible there were some that color? I never stop learning about PT Boats it seems. You have quite the awesome diorama and one to be proud of! Ted thanks again for posting these great photos!
PS I do not want to start the equivalent argument to "What color was the PT-xxx? Sorry if it seemed that way.

They were blue, like the vast majority of WWII Navy kapok life jackets (sorry, Frank!).
