Can we help you with the PT Boat info you were asking about in the other post? There wasn't any PT sinkings on the date your asking about: AUG 2. 1944.

Hello Ted. I think my memory and the yearly P.T calender says the 109 was sunk August 2 1944.I was there and so was Stockdale and it was on his birthday and he was 29 years old and I was 21. You dont forget these acti ons in your life Stockdale and myself are probally the only swabbies alive to survive this accident or even write aboutOuta here Ole man Sullivan GM 3rd class of the 107
