Topic: Looking for Info Rons 20 and 28 |

Hi all. I am looking for any info on rons 20 and 28. USN Muster Rolls list my uncle, Walter Arthur Bork, in ron 20 in 1943 and '44 and in ron 28 in 1945.
I would like to find out any and all history on these squadrons and where they operated. Are there any books, websites, etc. on them? Also, is it possible to find out what boats he may have served on? I don't remember very much of the stories he told me as a child and he pased away years ago.
I only have 1 photo of him with what appears to be his fellow crew members possibly taken in the South Pacific.

Start with the book 'At Close Quarters' for basic info on the two Ron's.
