Hi Colleen,

I was on here before to find out any information I could on my grandfather who served in the south pacific. Jerry was kind enough to show me a crew list of PT297 that had my grandfather's (Mike Drago) name on it.

I would love to talk to any crew members of 297 and see if they knew him and what experiences they shared with my grandfather. I was 6 when he passed and never got to know him. Do you know how to contact any living members?

Just found this forum and was excited to see something about PT 297 right away. We have been looking for any information we can find about my dad's military history. From what we have found so far, we believe he was on PT 297.

His name was Richard Floyd Kelly. I saw a mention of the crew list. Is there a way that I could get a copy? Even to know that he was on this PT boat would be a help. I would also like to know where I could get more information about the boat itself. Can you help me?

Richard
