In 2000, I asked the Smithsonian about PT pics in their collections, and received a list of 34 captions for B&W and color photos in the "Rudy Arnold" collection. They are dated "12/41" and "1942", and describe boats in formation in NY Harbor. But no thumbnails, and in 2000, copies were $15 each... kind of pricey to pick up the whole batch sight unseen! And elsewhere, I saw that they are $25 now, ouch.
Are these pics available elsewhere? Maybe some might look like images on Gene Kirkland's site?

Pat - I've got a couple of hundred 3x5 index cards describing available PT shots (some with thumbnails, some without), but all with catalog numbers. I believe the collection was in the archives of the Naval Photographic Center, but not sure where they reside now.
