What were the measurements of the line locker hatch? Was it 13" x 11" ?
Take care,

The Elco drawing is a little shaky but it looks like the hatch cover was 6 7/8" x 6 7/8". The deck frame was 8 1/4" x 8 1/4". The cover had a fore to aft crown of 3/32".

Location to center of cover was 7" aft of frame 3 and 24" port of boat center line.

Thanks Jeff:
There is a brass/bronze one on Ebay, which is from a Elco Pleasure craft, but I thought this might have been carrried over to the PT boats.
Thanks again.
Take care,
TED
