the photo of bobon bowl shows the movie theater on right with the red cross quanset hut on the left.they servwed doughnuts ,coffee and cigs.also charged us for them
our livinng qtrs werwe on right going back from the movie.
we ised to ding from the runways on the drydocks after they were raised up

Thank you very much again Earl, and Steve. What was the Bobon Bowl? My first thought was a portable bowling alley before I realized it looked more like a stage.

the bobon bowl was a mivie screen,it was covered by a tarp to protect it until showtime.it was like our outdoor movies here.
yes the red cross did charge us.i think it was about five cents for coffee abd /ior a DOUGHNUT.MOPT MUCH NOW.vut quite surprised they did.
