Hi Keith,
I saw that same photo in the "Knights of the Sea" Album. It is a limited edition leather bound print that includes the names and history of numerous PT Boat veterans and an interesting history of PT Boats. The one I have is captioned just below the photo, but your photo quality is better. I wonder if it came from the National Archives originally? Thanks for posting it. Jerry

I am still going through boxes post divorce but somewhere I have a bunch of photo copies that Roger Radbill sent me from his research. They were taken during construction of 3&4. Not perfect but wonderful to see. Be patient I will find them!!!
