I have been thinking about getting involved with a project that is looking to replicate an Elco PT BOAT. This would be a half scale project, and the project manager is looking to purchase a hull (wooden or fiberglass) that might be a close to the real hull as possible. I thought I would pass it along to you guys, in hopes you might have an idea of what pleasure hull might best replicate the lines of an Elco. Tough thing to do. I have seen a few Trojan boats, that might work, but thought I would put it out here on the message board.

Aw Geez Frank, you should build a 1/2 size Higgins Boat instead of the overdone Elco 80 footer! Just my 2c! Good luck! Jerry

Jerry, why don't you just give me your full size HIGGINS PT BOAT. It would save the team all this work, Ha. Ha.
