Don;
That is a wonderful piece. This is the kind of stuff I have been trolling antique shops and yard sales for. Too bad not more were made, I would get one for my wife today.
Take care,

Hi Don I can get the websight up but it won't play and the photo gives no idea of its size.so I was just wondering how big the pin is eg. whats the external dia. of the ring?

David,
Sorry, but no information was given as to the size of the pin. They only mentioned that the woman's father as a Lt. in the Navy and was on a PT boat. Also the pin was custom made by a jewler in Wilmington, Del. named Willard Davis, and the diamond is 1.5 carats, and the diamond was probubly added later.
