That is right Frank! When ALL of you see me coming , you better cross to the other side of the street, canal, river, or OCEAN!
Me at the wheel of my boat, PBL 9105, Special Boat Unit 26 Riverine Det Charlie USS Columbia (SSN 771) HVT 1997. Panama Canal.
Take care,
TED
P.S. It reminds me, I came across a photo that shows that the TITANIC was painted "Jungle Green" when she was torpedoed by PT 109!!

TED, that's a nice photo of you, I think I am going to have to start calling you RAMBO from now on. I think with a little photo shop effort from DICK, we might be able to get a 77 Footer behind you. JEFF, you missed that movie, the next one will be in April and is called " HOW THE HELL MANY PT BOAT MODELS CAN YOU HAVE". It is narrated by Stan Pienkowski.

Another cool pic. Ted, I have no problem giving right-of-way to a man with several large guns and a look like that.
Frank, tell Stan "one of each number". It is great having a master like Stan making PT models for public display, and I'm sure you let him know that often.

Jeff, you are right, I always tell Stan how much I appreciate his work. I appreciate his friendship even more, we have been friends for a long time, and I just love the guy. He always tells me that I will keep him working till he is 100, with all the projects I have. In truth, I am not sure how much longer Stan will be doing this work for people. I have a feeling I may just be looking for another builder in the coming years, which to me is Sad....................

Info-
I've met and interviewed the owner of the model... and it seen it up close + personal... it is huge and stunning. Gary Kohs is sincere in his respect for the ship and the builder, and highly disdainful of: a) the operators who caused the tragedy, and b) those who profit from the tragedy.
He calls the "treasure hunters" "grave robbers", and refuses to exhibit the model at any site hosting any exhibition of the plundered Titanic loot ("artifacts").
