I ran across an interesting picture that I wanted to share. It relates to a recent topic that was closed by the moderator, so I'll have to stipulate that only civil discussion is permitted! What do you think of that paint job?

Given the location and date, this is probably a variation of MS 31/20L, A BUSHIPS memo dated 15SEP44 directed that all Pacific PTs be repainted in this scheme. http://www.researcheratlarge.com/Ships/S19-7/1944SeptemberPacificPTCamo.html

The colors were Green 2, Green 3, Deck Green (20-G) and black.

Theese color chips correspond to the Colour Coats line of paints available from WEM http://www.whiteensignmodels.com
