Tonight I received the saddening news that Philip Cossentino went on the last patrol, Saturday, Januay 6 at 10PM. Phil served on PT 65 and PT 108. Phil was one my biggest supporters in developeing the web site for PT 108 and her crews. He supplied not only photos but a wealth of background. He is a dear friend I shall not forget.

Having been involved with so many PT Boat Veterans, it is a most difficult time when one of them passes. I have always found them to be wonderful honest people willing to help out in any way they can. If not for these Veterans, my Exhibit would not be half of what it is today. They have donated items and money to see to it that thier story will live on forever. Getting close to them and having them share their stories about the boats, bases, and tenders is a treasure you will always remember. Take heart that this man is now with his former Crew-members once again riding the waves, bow high and torpedoes ready................
