What series boat is the drawing above? Do you have this in a full scale drawing?

The inboard profile is for PT265-313.

Here's some more detail for turret construction:

Both drawings are from microfilm I loaned to Dick for inclusion on the CDs he made up. There are about 100 frames of Higgins drawings on the CD, so it's well worth having.

Looks like the "mystery hole" just above the turret Access Hole is evident in the drawings. Did anyone ever come up with an explanation as to what its purpose was?

Hi Ted,
I found the blueprints for this 20mm barrel box on the LDL last year and made this replica 20mm barrel box. The blueprints show the one mounted amidships, but differs from the one on the front of the charthouse which is shorter in order to fit across the front of the house. I mounted it in the same place that PT305 and PT309 had theirs in these photos. I just yesterday placed our spare 20mm barrel inside of it so i know it works! PS It works pretty well as a nice bench seat for folks who like to sit up front when we are underway as well. I watched the Milwaukee Boat Festival Fireworks show from it last summer!

Jerry, that's ok then. From the looks of the many folks on shore, you have many to shoot at. I will get out there one day, to sit and enjoy a cold drink with you guys.
