Remarkable progress to date. What makes seeing a project like this continue to move forward is the hard working and dedicated staff you have put together. Such a fine group of volenteers. I appreciate seeing the photos very much and look forward to the day when we can see the finished photos. The group in Kingston NY should take a lesson from you guys. They have three boats and can't get anything done with one of them. Without volenteers and money, nothing gets done. GREAT JOB GUYS.............

Just another quick post guys. Sometimes I can get a bit over zelous in my attempts to add things to this message board. I must give credit where credit is due. A special thanks goes out to TIM IVORY and TOM WHYTE, who have worked very hard trying to get things done on those boat hulls in Kingston, New York. It's a difficult job to try and handle such a huge task when you are pretty much by your self. Tim, thanks very much for all you have done. I bet it if were not for you, PT-48 would probably have been bull-dozed by now. I know there is no one more than you who wants these boats to get restored. Keep up the hard work Tim, I know it will pay off one day soon. In my earlier post, I just shot my mouth off because I want to see things get done as well. Hey, Rome was not built in a day, and I should know this. My Hats off to you both...........

Frank, all the credit goes to Tim. My efforts in Kingston were mainly with PT 728. Tim and his crew did all the necessary dirty work needed to save those old hulls (48 & 459).
We appreciate your enthusiasm, without it the general public would have forgotten about these boats long ago.
We would all love to see those boats in Kingston restored to their former glory. Hopefully ....someday!
Kudos to the guys in New Orleans....305 is starting to take shape!
