PT Boat related Christmas Card artwork
Hey gang . . .
I've created a couple of cards for this coming holiday season, which can be downloaded and printed on color inkjet or laser printers. The artwork is in high resolution (400 DPI) to allow for top quality printing.
I've created them in several different file types you can choose to download or experiment with all three types. Two are in image file format such as .JPG and .PNG (the .png file format is a new type of file that is called loss-less quality unlike .jpg). In addition the cards are provided in MS Office (Word) .DOC file format. When you print these yourself ALWAYS set your paper size to (8.5" x 11" Full Bleed) Full Bleed. To print these out I would suggest buying the special "Greeting Card" paper found at stores like Office Depot, OfficeMax, Staples or maybe Best Buy. This paper product come in Glossy or Matte finish and is usually come in store brand as well as Avery and HP brands. These do an excellent job and include envelopes and the paper is scored for easy folding. Always experiment with the printing before using better grade papers.
If you like the cards but don't have the computer experience to handle downloading and printing out. There is an option on the download page where you can go to Zazzle.
This is a new download page which includes all of the recent PT relate documents I've made available for download, such as the Parts Catalog, Engineers Handbook and the preliminary "An Administrative . . . .", as well as these new cards.
The card as shown below comes in a religious and non-religious format, same with the inside greeting. You can even scrap the inside greeting and create your own. The Word .doc file format comes with an easy to use text box that you can add a custom message or thoughts without any graphics skill. I hope you use them and have fun with them. Dick, I am furious that you would use your creative skills and love of PT boats to make a buck here on the forum. The price for these cards is outrageous! Oh, wait...they're free?
Seriously though, well done! Very classy...I promise I will put them to good use. Thanks for thinking of us!

Thanks Dick, these look great. After downloading the files I went a head and went back and click on the other place link and order 10 cards, thankyou that was a little easier for me to do. But but, you didn't mention your Higgin calender there, I was shocked because I have been buggin you for one. I ordered the big one a little expesive but heck it PT Boats. Have a good holiday and don't eat to much turkey. Thanks again,
