Hello,

I am new here to the Message Board.

I live in Portland, Oregon and have a couple of questions about Morotai during the war. There is a fascinating story below that was recently published in Australia. I have a close personal relationship with the Sultan mentioned in the story. I also have his story about how he got rescued by PT boat on orders from MacArthur on camera when we visited his palace last March.
Read on..................

I am in the advanced stages of research for a doc film that I want to film based on the Allied experiences in Morotai in 1944-45.

Any help would be appreciated!

Regards,
Mike Hillis

Can you "color" your website in blue so I can click it on without
typing the long web site address.

Okay. That Tiny URL doesn't seem to work. However if you just copy the original long URL = highlight the URL then right-click and choose Copy and then paste it it into your address bar it will take you to the article.

Cheers from Peter
