On the A Ross drawings there is a structure between the chart house and gun turret. What are these and does anyone have photos I can use to model these items.
Second the Ross drawings show the SO radar from the side but there is no view from the stern forward to see the construction; once again looking for photos
Thank you in advance

Good day Al
It has just occurred to me that you are the individual that created the drawings I am using. In looking at the attached photo it appears that your drawing contains more detail than the one I have. My drawing is dates 9/86.
I would need to know the structures you indicated plus the structure they mount to. Is this same both sides?
thank you

Hi Bob
I have looked at the full sized blueprint for this structure. It is on the details and arrangement drawing for the charthouse on the Higgins boat. That is the horizontal lid for a couple of storage boxes inside the bulwark of the boat. We at the PT658 in Portland are considering adding these very pieces to the PT658 in the near future. The one closest to the front is also able to be stood upon by the person operating the search light in order to clear the wind screen. Both open up for general storage purposes. I an not sure, but you may want to check either with Doctor Al Ross or with the on line Loisiana Digital Library and search in the Higgins Industries Collection for a view of the Chart House construction and details for the PT625 class or possibly the older PT200 class of boats. I hope this is helpful. Jerry PT658 Portland, OR
