Somewhere, on these boards or online somewhere, I saw some pics of a PTboat sunk in a grassy mooring. These looked like recent, last couple of years, pictures. I remember seeing them, having to leave the computer for something and never really following up on them.

Another group of pics I saw was some possible Vietnam era boats in storage. Any info on a link or something would be appreciated. Just so I can finish reading. It has been bugging me.

Thanks - Kent

I guess it was the 695 I was thinking about. Man, those pictures are pretty sad to look at. Thanks for posting the link. - Kent

There's a Vietnam era PTF being restored in DeLand, FL by the Boy Scouts. Some great photos there.

Hi Kent,
I was the one who posted those pics of the PT695 all cut up in Rio Vista California. I went on a trip down there to scout for some parts to use in restoring PT658 up here in Oregon.
The PTF Nasty boats in Virginia can be seen on the PTF Nasty website. Here is the link. http://www.ptfnasty.com/ptfBoats.html

Thanks for the great links Jerry. I appreciate it. Some very nice info and pics over the years on those boats.
