This is a picture of Ron 9. I believe it was taken about August 1943.
Can you help me identify others in this picture?
My father, Lt.(jg.) Hamlin Smith, is the back row 1st from the left.
Lt. Comdr. Hank Brantingham is first row 4th from the left.
It might be Lt. Comdr Robert Kelly in the back row 5th from the left.

Nat,
Don't know about Brantingham, but that's definitely Kelly in the back row center, arms folded and wearing an overseas cap.

In conversation today he seems to know more of them and will try and write them down this week.

I agree, a great set of RON 9 photos!
Yes, I just sent them off to Bud. I've asked if he can fill in any of the blanks of who's who so we'll see.

Thanks for the great Ron 9 images.
My earlier identification of Brantingham was based on the tipped-in photograph I found on the internet. The background image seems to have been taken at the same time as my earlier post.
