I went over to Stan's home today, and I must say I was blown away when I saw the Crane with PT-105 in her Cradle. I could not be more happy with the results. I think it just looks beautiful. Roughly 90% completed, the project needs the Elco employees painted, a few do-dads added, and the case constructed and she is ready for The Mosquito Fleet Exhibit. This is no doubt my favorite project to date. I hope you guys have enjoyed the updates and the photo's.

That is neat Frank, the shot alongside the crane looking towards the boat made me look twice. With water in the background instead of a workbench it could pass as the real deal!

Hold on a sec, I have to pick my jaw off the floor! WOW!! That crane project is just awesome. I agree with you Frank, this project should have a major write up in a model magazine, hopefully FINE SCALE MODELER. I think all off us here agree that Stan rightfully deserves the honor and you can write article. Well done Stan!

That is an outstanding model. Definitely see if you can get FSM to do an article on it.

Thanks Pete and others who wrote in. A few changes will be on the 20MM Cannon, which will be covered with a Tarp, as well as the backs of the four Torpedo Tubes. I spoke with Stan yesterday who said he has now added roughly 5 Elco Emplyees to the Diorama, with others to paint. Does anyone have any ideas as to how you go about trying to put an article in the Fine Scale Magazine, or any other publications so others can view this wonderful model............
