Hi
Those are the 3 pic's I used to modify the Italeri kit into the PT174.
I used a basic scale converter for transfering measurements into 1/35th scale from those pic's.
At the time of making my PT174 I didn't find out anything other than what you guy's have managed to find with regards to when the 40mm was changed. I like the unususal Gun Shield around the 40mm give's the PT174 a unique look.
I've always thought that the 1944 pic with the twin .50's covered still in the zebra striped cover's to be rather funny.
I've another 1/35th scale kit which I'm going to build as the PT174 as She finished the war. When Iget time.
