Just to make sure we are not leaving anything out, here is a closeup shot of a 78 foot Higgins PT Boat bridge, from PT461. You may notice that the throttles are completely different than what the Elco throttles look like. The 3 upper levers control the speed, and the 3 lower levers shift the direction indicators down on the Enginerrom gageboard. There is also an aluminum binnacle that holds a Mark 8 "Whiskey" aircraft magnetic compass similar to that used on a B-17 bomber. You can also see the suicide knob on the wheel, and the fluxgate compass slave indicator next to the binnacle. Also at the center of the windscreen is a pedistal mount surface for the torpedo aiming device which is not mounted in the photo. Jerry
