[StartQuote] Thanks Joe. Unfortunately the Navsource photo of the fore-deck of the wrecked PT-63 does not offer a view of the deck stiffeners. Navsource does have some nice photos however...the view of PT-66 is one of the best I have seen in favor of the stiffeners being attached in the plumb vertical position which means the bottom of the stiffener would have been milled to compensate for the camber of the deck. Bit I do appreciate the reply since no one else seems to have any info on the subject. [EndQuote]
