[StartQuote] Brian; Roger that. Since you are working on a SEABEE article, many of the early NCDU's and UDT 1, 2, were SEABEE's. UDT 3 was made up of predominantly SEABEE volunteers from NTB Camp Bradford, which is part of NAB Little Creek, Today it is called Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek Fort Story(JEBLCFS). UDT 13 was also a predominantly SEABEE team. UDT 14 was the first all Navy Team, meaning all volunteers were USN( some had Army and Marine volunteers as well as SEABEES. UDT 10 was an all O.S.S. team) from fleet assignments(prior 12 months overseas, and participated in at least 1 major invasion, were requirements for this team). To add to your information Brian, if you haven't found it already, go to this website:http://www.navyfrogmen.com/NavalSpecialWarfareArchive.html Take care, TED [EndQuote]
