[StartQuote] Frank: I have put together two of these Dumas Kits as a replica of our Higgins PT 242. I am pleased with the way they turned out. I have it outfitted with armament and roll-off torpedoes like our boat. The extra guns and torpedo racks are 1/32 scale from Loyalhanna Dockyard. I could not find 1/32 torpedoes anywhere so I had to build them from dowel rod. The kit does not come with a radar mast so I had to build it also. A true modeler would be very critical of it I am sure but I am satisfied. It looks like a Higgins to me. I built one for my son's Doctors office and he shows it to many of his WW2 patients. C. J.
