[StartQuote] Hello Everyone from Oz, By mistake I ordered two of each of the Aoshima 1/350 PT Boat kits, only to find not one kit per box but two, so I have scored EIGHT little PT Boats to make. Not wanting to make them all the same I'm looking for variations. I have other resin kits from various sorces so PTs 109 & 565 are covered. So far with the early war looking kit labelled PT 109 I'm doing the first Elco 80 footer, PT 103 sporting a shield on it's 20mm and I would like to do PT 347 sadly the one shot up twice by USN aircraft. Navsource don't have any photo's of 347, so looking for help in relation to deck layout and weapons fit. The latter war kit, labelled PT 132 I'm doing PTs 493 & 495 so this leaves TWO of each to decide upon. Can anyone out there make suggestions, especially if a particular Elco 80 footer was involved in something special? Roger Pearson. Bendigo, Australia. "Roger's Little Ships".[EndQuote]
