[StartQuote] I was scanning EBAY when I came across an envelope which was addressed to a Boy Scout Troop in Washington. The return address was simply JOHN BULKELEY USN. It was sent in Washington and stamped May 1942. Could Bulkeley have sent this letter in 42. I know Ron 3 was in the Philiipines in April of 42, and Bulkeley was sent home to Washington to get his MOH. Was Bulkeley in Washington at that time. I was trying to determine the authenticity of the envelope. I have several of Bulkeley's signatures in my Exhibit, and from what I can tell, it looks to be authentic............... [EndQuote]
