I'm sure you recognized that there are three drydocks moored or anchored together in the foreground. There is at least one and maybe two more in the background and a damaged PT waiting for a berth. The PTs were particularly vulnerable during the Philippine invasion, I think, because we made more daylight patrols. Unlike airplane pilots, PT crews were largely responsible for their boat's maintenance and even a short stint in drydock was usually tough. I appreciated the pictures, thanks! [EndQuote]
